CIREM is the Inter-University Centre for Economic Research and Mobility of the University of Cagliari, and its purpose is to conduct scientific research and collaborations on the development of transportation systems, adopting methods and research tools for the integration of economic and social knowledge with land use, transport and environmental issues. The fields of research include the integrated management of ports, logistics, security, sustainable mobility, transport supply and demand for passengers and goods, demand forecasting, decision support methods.

PORT AUTHORITY OF OLBIA, GOLFO ARANCI AND PORTO TORRES tasks and objectives are the development, promotion, address, planning, monitoring and coordination of most of the activities taking place in port: policy, planning , coordination, promotion and control of port operations and port services; ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the common areas within the port, including maintenance of the seabed; services of general interest closely related to port operations.

2E3S is a training centre offering courses in maritime intermodality. The Escola was officially founded in 2006 by the ports of Barcelona, Rome and Genoa and the shipping lines Grimaldi Lines and Grandi Navi Veloci. In the long term the main objective of the Escola is to ensure that the professionals active in the sector today and tomorrow can design competitive services and efficient logistic chains using ports and central points for intermodal changes

CCIA BML – is a non-profit private organization working for the public benefit providing a broad array of services to enterprises (e.g. authentication of invoices and commercial documents, business training, arbitration and mediation services, organization of business events and delegations, financial support services to SMEs). The Chamber is also an active partner in diversified EU funded projects under the ENPI CBC MED programme within different sectors such as Waste Management, Food, Renewable Energy.
